mark our part on sheet metal pic 1
cut metal use sheet metal cutter far easier and were less tan a tenner from machine mart pic 2
clamp metal between 2 lengths of wood along fold lines you get much better folds this way
gentley tap metal over with a hammer using a wooden drift (helps to prevent hammer marks
repeat procedure for the rest of the bends

last pick is new sill fitted
