Not rascal related but thought I would share.

Picked this up the other day and going to be doing various scooter rallies throughout the summer starting with Tenby next month. Got it for an absolute bargain of a price, even though it does have it's odd niggling issues but nothing too major which are keeping me on my toes in terms of tinkering to get it running spot on 100% of the time:

180cc two stoke auto, so very quick for some cheeky riding out and about  Grin.

love it, how much did it cost ?? ( not worried if you prefer not to say)
I have a 1973 Honda Chaly monkey bike, it was bought new by my auntie who was a sister in a hospital in the lake district and as a boy on holiday up there my ( late) uncle would take me for a ride around the lakes on it as a treat.
I keep meaning to get it out and get it going. It has done around 2,000 miles from new !!.

Picked it up for £450 with 10k on the clock.

Bit of a bargain but for that price it has some minor running issues, not enough to stop me riding but enough to have me scratching my head and chatting to the people who eat, breath and sleep these things Grin.

Well the last rallies I went to would have been around 8 years back and auto's were fairly welcome, though the proper classics still got centre stage. Will be fun though, if I do not 100% solve my little running issue by this weekend (first rally I'm off to this year, Tenby) i'll be able to spend time at the side of the road like the true classic lambrettas do Cheesy
