I'm new and still getting my head round what stuff is and what it does, so i thought that it might be good to have a beginners guide to such things. Things i have learnt so far:

  • Carburettor: The thing that blends the air and fuel in the engine.
  • Starter selenoid: Essentially an electromagnetic switch that closes the circuit between the starter and the battery.

I'm struggling to work out what 'Points' are or do though?
