Every time i put lights on the fuse blows could this be the a earth problem ?

Well the feed is earthing out somewhere. All you can do is unplug sections, fittings & switches until it stops blowing & that item that you last disconnected will be the defect. It`s usually behind the dash where previous owners have wired bits & pieces in. Derek.
