door lock

Good morning all.while you all had a good sleep i decided to fix my left front door.
1---i could never lock it,lucky i live in australia
2---the inside handle to open the door always stuck out

Removed the inside door panel,winder etc and found that the previous owner or someone had put the out side key lock in upside down(180 degrees) which fould the mechanism ..now rectified.the inside handle to open the door was out of adjustment..now rectified .while the trim was off i lubricated all internal moving parts and hinges.now i can fully lock the van and open the door with ease.i know this is an old subject but central locking is on the way.very productive day on our QUEENS BIRTHDAY weekend.happy birthday to your/our queen...ken
