how did they flared the arches?

hi, i was looking at that when it was on before, asked him the same questions as you just asked, he just said that it was the guy who he bought it off who did all the work, and that i should buy it lol.

i really want the side exhausts and the arches, it must be a custom job. looks sweet Smiley

Could be some similar flat edged (to body) arches fron something else AND filler!!

It`s just bits of mild steel probably pop rivetted on & then blended in with filler. Anyone who wants flared arches I can do them but not in kit form. I can fabricate exhausts as well. Derek.

i thought you would weld the arch in place? pop rivetts are a bit flimsy

No, thats the way it`s done. If you do a continuos weld you run a very great risk of the heat distorting the vehicle panels. Look at the aircraft you fly off on holiday in. There are thousands of pop rivets holding it together. Derek.

that van was around southend on sea area for sum wil i tryed to find out where he liced but got cort buy trafic lites the pipes are cherrys sam as wats on mine thay are v loud and do turn heads lol
