PADLOCK ICON,UNABLE TO ACCESS SITE

Please can you help.I am new to the site and finding it VERY interesting and solved two problems on my Rascal.BIG PROBLEM.I have been locked out of the site,a padclock icon has been placed by my name so when I log on despite putting in the correct information I am only getting limited information.Would some one be kind enough to help.Many thanks Paul
