there i was sound asleep in the little roma this morning after sampling the delights of my favorite hostelry. when some half soaked numpty reversed into my drivers side door . fortunatley i have a spare door which i fitted this morning . the big question is how many coins of the realm would be a fair amount to charge the fool ??  noah

I would say at a minimum £200.00 as drivers side doors are at a premium plus it would cost them at least that in lost N.C.B.
This assumes they possess insurance cover.
And what about your whiplash? You must have collided with that nice soft feather pillow enough to wear a neck brace & claim four grand for your pain & suffering!!!!

I agree with Derek, at least £200, don't forget the time taken to remove & refit new door & may need a respray to match the rest of the rascal?

At least you caught the numpty... but be aware if it was on private ground, his insurers won't pay out  Angry
