sliding door  sticking dont open unless  pulled out slightly what adjustments do i need to make please or push from inside

The rubber seal sticks to the door making it feels like it is locked.
Spray rubber seal with silicon or Pledge or similar wax polish where it touches the door.

have silicn sealed all door as had major probs last winter with my old bus sticking shut have the door lifted as high as poss by adjuster on bottom of door is there a adjuster on inside of the door where the slider fits at rear of door  thanks derek
