I'm a Sat Nav novice with not much spare cash.  Can anyone tell me if there's any reason this shouldn't be suitable for Bambi adventures around the UK please?

Looks good for the money, i have an old tom tom satnav, bought for £12 at a carboot sale a couple of years ago, it has been great when touring with the bambi, just tap in a place & away you go  Cool

I find that by far the best Sat Navs are still the paper type. Available from about £1-99 from any garage.

I'm far from anti-map, but reading them and driving at the same time isn't always that easy hence interest in sat navs  Wink.

Maps are a good way to plan a journey, but not while driving  Wink satnav is easy to use, and pretty accurate as well, mine even has a speedo built in, it certainly shows how optimistic the bambi speedo is, at 30mph it is spot on, but at 55mph, bambi is reading 63mph  Grin
Get that satnav, you will not regret it.
