Hi, I am in Plymouth. I found this site, was looking at the forums (see I said I would be asking for help), found Donk's Dad's message concerning A rascal Handbook. Since registering I can't find it, and clicking on the Bambi Section its says I am not allowed. HELP  |

I wondered what a 'Janner' was and it turns out it's anyone from Plymouth, although the Google answers wern't that complimentary but it may be just their thought and not the real answer to the question |

The Janner accent is unique, my accent is not as broad as my elderly aunts and uncles. Friends elsewhere in the UK, think it's brill, especially with the popularity of Doc Martin. But what they fail to realise, it's set in Cornwall and we are Devonshire, and the Cornish get real upset, if we are classed as the same.   |
