exhaust sounds louder than it usually does and when starting up, first few revs seem to not go very smooth as if there may be a hole or something and its escaping before it goes the whole way through the exhaust
van started to kangeroo jump a little as if u have it in too higher gear which i didn't
so getting a bit of power loss and can seem to smell a bit of burning
could this be my cat blocked or something??
or could it be my clutch on its way out?? ( the burning smell does not smell like burning clutch as i know what that smells like )  the pedal has quite a bit of play in it before it bites

Pull the choke out to get the revs up.
Or a brick on the throttle pedal.

get someone to push and hold a rag over end of exhaust  and you will here any leaks quite easily as pressure builds up
