Got in from work & my youngest was NOT happy.... Angry

We'd had a visit from the Police  Shocked..... ? Tax.... which Lewis proudly produced  Roll Eyes

He then went on to say we may be hearing from the council..........

Considering we have about 6 of the very large transit vans & a much bigger camper now appeared (+ another every now and again) parked up & everyone has at least 2/3 cars per house..with Not a care where they park...as long as it's outside someone else's house.....

Lewis & I are NOT AMUSED our tiny Beryl has been reported.....she is now outside my house looking tiny & lost compared to the huge 4x4 Nissan tractor next door!!...

My other car is now where Beryl was...up the side road...NOT outside anyone else's!!......Wish they'd all get a life....or a Bambi  Wink

If all those transits sound like who I'm thinking they are, all I can say is...

Chain up all your valubles and pray.

And I hope Bambi has decent theft cover.

Surely if your van is taxed and insured and its on a public road without any parking restrictions there is nothing anyone can do.
Certainly councils have no powers in this case and the police would have to prove you were either parked illegally or causing an obstruction.
Presumably you are not doing either so don't worry.

Starting a war with your neighbours, however obnoxious they are, is never the best idea in the world... Roll Eyes
