Well...im not a camper type person ..and it looks good ..but i liked it how it was ...it seemed to give more storage and space ...

It was a proven design, done by Drivelodge, but the sofa bed was very low, but customer is chuffed to bits with new layout, but the original was sold on e-bay and was up for sale again on e-bay last week.
These is a surprising amount of storage under the bed now though.
David at drivelodge still makes pop-up roofs etc and supplies our pop-up roofs for the carry.
He sadly no-longer does any roofs for the rascal and has destroyed the moulds.
He used to show at the NEC and Earls court and has a large collection of photos of newly converted rascals on sale at both shows.
( this was back in the Eighties)
