L369FNM orangey red with reflective yellow go faster stripe, Bull bars on the front Tow bar on back(the 1 with the electrical fitting), sticker with "short vehicle" on the back and ZA country sticker on it (and no i dont know its full history lol) typical rust etc has extra locks on it but as i never owned the keys for them it didnt have extra protection, when it was taken it had a flat tyre so the thief is on CCTV as he took it to the garage to pump the tyre up. Its a slow leak so would still be inflated for a couple of days.

and i want my bowling ball back which was in it at the time Sad

and thank you for the warm welcome

Sorry to hear about your loss. This is the fifth or sixth from the East London area that i know off including one of my customers who had two stolen in 6 weeks.
Big chain round the steering wheel & down to the brake pedal plus hidden ignition cut off switch & roadwheel clamp is the answer.
I live on the East London, Essex border & have my yard/workshop in Dartford. I refurbish Rascarry`s for sale but dont have any at present & due to my current workload cannot see one getting done for a few months so cant help you with a van unless you fancy a Danbury camper.

All the best in your search.

Rust & smokey engines are not a problem per se.

These vehicles are 25 years old after all.

All are fixable but at a cost.

So, if the vehicle has these issues you need to buy very, very cheap to budget for repairs & the time it takes.

This is where it gets tricky. The exporters buy almost anything & at high prices so patience is required to find a good one at a reasonable price.

Do not buy via the net without first seeing & giving the vehicle a long test drive & a very close inspection.

Do not buy on the description only. Sellers tend not to be 100% truthfull especially if the vehicle has historic faults that the seller has been unable to cure & has given up on & is passing them on to the new owner.
