Rascals rust from the inside out so the only semi- permanent cure is to cut the rusted areas out, treat & weld in new metal. I can do this & spray it but I currently have a 10 week workload.

That looks brilliant sham - sore to admit it but even a better job than mine. Nice to know there at least two paramilitary Rascals on here!
But Gardner - don't go for total matt. Matt fades, scratches easily and stains quickly. Go for a satin finish (NATO green in satin is readily available on ebay). It has enough varnish in it to give adequate protection from fading etc but not enough to make it glossy - it still appears matt enough.

Wow that green looks fabulous. If its not too much trouble, could someone please explain to me how to upload photos to this site? I want to paint my Bambi and I'd like to upload some before and afters if I ever manage to do it. Thank you.

Tis not my van, it's for sale over here in New Zealand. Use Photobucket.

You can see my army green van if you go the 'Your Vans' section and look for 'Army Green Paintjob'

join photobook..upload your pictures to it..save them and then you will get a list of codes with each picture ...usually the bottom code IMG CODE copy this code and paste it on here and thats it
save your photos as medium size on photobook then they are not too big for here
