Having seen the link here from Bedfordrascal.com, thought I better pop on over. Have a Rascal van registered in 1991, been in the family since new, originally purchased by my late Father. located near Gatwick Airport. Doing (trying) a water pump/cambelt change but crankshaft sprocket has cold-welded itself solid, so having fun attempting removal- NOT! :-)

Welcome to the site. You will almost certainly have to make up a centre puller to remove the pulley. Longstanding leaking water pumps cause the pulley to rust to the crankshaft.

They are sometimes very tight. Leverage is what you want. A four foot scaffold pole on the end of the spanner & you wont even feel it coming undone it will go so easily.
