I wondered what you cooked when away in your Bambi's / Campers..... I acquired the campervan cookbook.....but on tele he do's most of it out of the van (cheat)
Last time I was away I gave myself a test to try tinned food (my Son's nearly had heart attack as not like me at all!!) BUT I wanted to see what they were like for a store cupboard quicky.... I got them all in sainburys
Chicken in white wine sauce..... I put garlic in & had with rice... it was lovely
Extra hot chilli (stagg was the make I think).... bloody hot!!!! but nice
American beef chilli.... supposed to be made with chunks of beef..... don't bother.. not a chunk in sight!!
I will try some more... they were ok for a week away & run out of fresh...
So come on what do you cook?? or have you tried something completely different like I did... i'm interested
