Hi lads,

On trademe.co.nz there is a fella selling parts off his 1997 Suzuki Super Carry http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=381653267 , so I want to replace my drivers door because it's not closing properly and the noise of the wind gets in into the top left part of the door.

Will his drivers door fit into my '88 van?

Yes, they are the same.
Better to "tweak" your door till it fits.

Cheers Dell Boy. The problem I have with my drivers door is it's not shutting properly and the wind noise at the top left of the frame is getting through.

well ..if your going to change it anyway it doesnt matter this doesnt work..

wind the window down grab the top or the door and try pulling it towards you ..actually bending it slightly inwards...dont go daft though...if you cant pull it then jam something in the door to stop it closing fully then try pushing the top ...it will bend...and if you dont do it too much the window will still wind up...

i gave that a go before but will do it again. didn't do it with much force the last time.

its worth a try...just need to over bend it sligtly and it will return a bit
