Rear wheel cylinders

hey everyone.

Im having trouble with my rear wheel cylinders. Firstly the OS one was leaking so i decided to replace it. Being nearly 20 years old everything was seized, after much use of wd40 and a little heat i managed to get the pipes off and replace the cylinder.
Now the trouble comes in trying to bleed the bugger. The nipple on the NS cylinder is seized solid and rounded as soon as it saw a spanner so it looks like i may have to cut the pipe, replace that and the NS cylinder.

Do cylinders normally come with the nipples and are the unions an odd size?, as ill be replacing the pipe aswell.

Any new cylinders I've bought have always come with new bleed nipples.

I recently replaced both rear wheel cylinders, rear brake shoes, all brake pipes and rear wheel bearings on my little van.

I had the same nipple problem but got round it by tapping a ring spanner slightly smaller than 10 mil onto it.I think it was a 5/16 AF ring but if you have a socket deep enough you could try that.Good luck.
