Depends where it is. Normally it is 1/2 way down at the back where the metal attachment bracket splits it.  My advice is change or repair it. I can supply a bottle for £6.00 including postage. Derek.

no its not a major problem there is no pressure in that tank so ...just repair it...or replace it...if you cant get a replacement then go to scrappy and see what you can find ..anything close will do ...make a bracket...just put hole through lid  and make sure pipe is well down into bottle..but not touching bottom......
