tidy up outside of body on Rascal camper.

Hello All.
Now that my van up and running, thought i would like to improve outside shell of the camper body.
It seems to have a plastic like cover over the shell, and seems impervious to water/shampoo.
There are also scratches, some quite deep. would also like to replace the stripes, rather fancy red as opposed to the faded black broad stripe on either side of body. I suppose a good place to check would be caravan body sites, but wondering anybody got any tips?

Yes, there are all sorts of 'cleaners' at caravan shops, often detergents that clean caravans that have been neglected for a while.
Inevitably you seem to pay well for what they see as 'special stuff'

You could try TFR (Traffic Film Remover) but make sure you dilute it properly or else you will have 'matt' paintwork all over, and rinse it off well.
I could supply you with a replacement colour stripe if need too.
