Model: Rover Mini Mayfair
Year: 1992
Mileage: 22,700
Tax: 6 months
MOT: 5 months
Location: Worthing
Price: £1250 ono

Additional Information:

The Spec

Mini Mayfair 1992
1275cc
Auto
24000 miles
British Racing Green
Previous owners: 6
V5 present
Original manual pack present
HPI clear (hardcopy included)
Some service history - service book with 5 stamps confirms mileage, all work done regardless of cost.

The good bits

Super low mileage
Recent full service plus much of the brake system was also replaced.
Largely immaculate interior
Exterior very good for a Mini of this age
Unused spare
Replacement battery
Original jack set in bag

The not so good bits

Some of the usual Mini rust areas beginning to pop up - bottom of passenger door, small amount on panels in front of doors, tiny bit at bottom of windscreen. But these are very minor.
Tyres are ok with reasonable tread but starting to perish (presumably due to lack of use) and could really do with replacement at some point
Wheel covers are scuffed
Small tear at front of drivers seat (but you'd be hard pushed to see it)
Slight exhaust blow noticable only when driving with the window down.

Last mot advisories

offside front suspension has slight play in upper suspension ball joint
nearside front suspension play in lower suspension ball joint

More photos upon request. Collection is from BN11 5NZ
