I decided to take the missus and her friend to Cornwall for the weekend; we weren't all going to fit in the Rascal so I got a hire car.  The car was quite nice - the sideways visibility was better, and the engine had a bit more ooomph to it, but it was more difficult to park, and had too many fancy features.  However the brakes had a familiar 'leisurely' feel to them, and the seats did get hot (albeit in a controlable way), so really it wasn't *that* much different to driving the Rascal...

I'm guessing that you didnt rent that from Enterprise? Unless they have gone up market now... Very nice car.

The last hire car i got was a Ford KA... and i swore never to drive one again.

A 40th birthday present to myself   Smiley

Two things to remember:
- Life is not a dress rehearsal
- Girls like cars and money

I've had a Ka as a courtesy car, and I too hated it.
