Just snapped both studs off on thermostat housing....been heating it and spraying it whacking it  for a week.. thought it was turning then and it still snapped..done both now ...Bugger...oh well i will keep plodding on the rest of the stud...hopefully get them out....Thermostat works ok..after all that...haha...

I know...mind you the engine looks like its been dredged out of the canal....haha.. its going in mine this summer....then i can sort my original engine out ....
