Hi JJ,
I have bits as you know, but I'm afraid they are things that I've earmarked for doing up this or next year...sorry.... If you are really stuck though I'll help ya!

What's up with your screen rubber though, they are usually very good for years on these Rascals....

You can still get new ones but they are about £50.00 from your local windscreen firm.

Rubber bung in the floor JJ, have a look!

I'd be very suprised if the screen rubber is leaking and you would see evidence now the middle of your van interior is stripped, i.e dirty water marks where it has run down, rust where it stops & collects??

Through w/screen experience though, these Rascarrys are a good quality seal from new , but there are new ones available, 'Google' it???

How's repairs progressing then ?

HI TITCH
i leave the bung out when it rains its that bad, just cant see where its coming in only that its somewhere near the passenger side, repairs are still waiting at the moment except the dash ect is now red,the bumper is now back in shape, having the same wheel arches made as the cosworth lad has, waiting waiting lol

Ah, through the headlight??

Sometimes I get water inside when using the hose, OR, through the bolt holes of the bumper I have sometimes suspected......
