I got an insurance quote from Aviva for £1775 for one

That is the lowest i have seen ... i have been quoted between 3000 and 4000 most of the time

Is there anyone near portsmouth that has one that could take me out to see what its like  Grin

I wish I had my Rascal when I was 17!  Def try and get a Danbury; there is one on ebay at the moment albeit a little far away for you (it's in Newport).  Sorry I'm not closer mate, I'd love to encourage anybody to get a Rascal.  It might also be a bit cheaper for a camper as you can get specialist camper insurance.  Don't forget to add your parents as named drivers, it will lower your premium whether they drive it or not.  I'm 29 and I still get a discount for having my Mum and Dad on my policy.
