Mine is open apart from a shelf in the cupboard above the cooker.

I cut part of the shelf away and fitted a plastic plate & cup holder.

On the sink side i made up shelves to convert the wardrobe into a larder cupboard.
(YES its a wardrobe with a lond enough drop to hang a ladies evening dress ! )   Not that i am in ti=o weaering dresses !!!)   Also found in the Bambi behing the sink.

I remove the foot operated water pump and replaced it with an electric one to make extra space.

I forgot to say thati then lined the cupboards with wood grained fablon (sticky backed plastic)

I am thinking of cutting the door to the cupboard under the sink in half and fitting a piano hinge (like on the Bambi) to allow the door to open whilst you are standing in front of it.

I also fitted a 50mm metal box section rear bumper to give the pod some protection, not only from tail-gaters but also from dogy reversing, and tree's or post's jumping out behind me!!!

Hi

I think mine is the slightly later model with the opening side windows/electric water pump etc.  However, the fibreglass moulding is what 'lines' the inside of the cupboard.  The wardrobe above the sink in mine does have a row of hooks which we hang our kitchan utensils on - this does look original?

Will try and take some pictures later.

Cheers

I remove the hooks when i fitted shelves to convert the wardrobe to a larder cupboard.

The pod i am renovating is an earler one.  Fixed windows & a round bottom to the door and two roof vents, plus a solar powered roof fan.

The doner pod has opening windows and a square bottom to the door. but it still ha a foot operated water pump.  Also this one only had a ceiling lining and no other !  It has tha solar powered roof fan nut only one roof vent.
