The main thing with these products is you need to get inside box sections/chassis members for them to be effective. Drill holes in these closed sections to pump the fluid into them.
Rascals rust from the inside out due to trapped condensation.

Bilt hamber products are great! The dynax S-50 wax is amazing. It comes with a lance and multi-directional nozzle for complete coverage inside voids.  The Hydrate 80 rust inhibitor is also the best I have used (kurust style, but better). Both are a must for any Rascal.

Rusty arches are a sign of something else happening, which is why alarm bells ring, and hence concern.
